1. Who we are
Phuket Property Hub ("we", "us") is a real-estate agency assisting international and domestic investors with properties in Phuket, Thailand. We act as a data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").
2. Personal data we collect
We collect the following when you contact us or submit an enquiry/NDA request:
- Identification: full name, nationality
- Contact: email, phone number, WhatsApp
- Enquiry details: property of interest, preferred language, message
- For NDA requests: investment budget and investment experience
- Technical: IP address, browser, anonymised analytics events
3. Purpose & lawful basis
We process your data to respond to your enquiry, provide tailored property information, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, and improve our service. Our lawful bases are your explicit consent (collected via checkbox) and our legitimate interest in operating the agency.
4. Sharing & disclosure
We share your data only with vetted property owners or partners necessary to fulfil your enquiry, with our regulated service providers (cloud hosting, email), and where required by Thai law. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our processors are located outside Thailand. We rely on adequate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses, vendors with PDPA/GDPR-aligned commitments).
6. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. AML record-keeping). You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
Under PDPA you have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent or object to processing
- Request erasure or restriction
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)
8. Cookies & analytics
We use minimal cookies and a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP) to understand traffic and campaign performance. No advertising profiles are built.
